Delete your OshiMuse account

You can permanently delete your account and associated content from inside OshiMuse, without contacting support.

Account deletion is available to every user

Delete in the app

  1. Open OshiMuse and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. From the You tab, open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account, then review the notice and confirm.

Your account becomes inaccessible when the request is accepted. Characters, conversations, saved memories, story moments, notification tokens and uploaded images associated with the account are scheduled for deletion.

Delete selected data

You can remove some data without deleting your account:

  • In a character conversation, open Conversation options → What they remember. Choose Delete on one memory, or tap Clear all to remove that character’s saved memories.
  • On the You tab, open My story and use Delete story on the story you want to remove.

To request deletion of specific data that these controls do not cover, email support@secondwindltd.xyz with the subject “OshiMuse data deletion” and identify what you want removed. We verify account ownership before processing a request. Do not send your password.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@secondwindltd.xyz with the subject “OshiMuse account deletion.” If you use a guest account, tell us that when you contact support; we may ask for information to verify account ownership. Do not send your password.

What may be retained

Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security or legal records may be retained when required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. These records are restricted and are not used to continue providing your deleted account. Operational backups are not used to restore deleted accounts.

Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store subscription settings.
